• Full Training Review ($500 for the full review) - A high-level review is a great way to get expert advice on your training and data. This in-depth training review will help to identify opportunities to take your training to the next level.

    • Process:

      • You complete a questionnaire providing a general background, and connect via TrainingPeaks.

      • You have up to a 30-minute conversation to review your questionnaire and cover any general questions you may have.

      • We will pull your past and current data into WKO5 and do a deep dive into the trends. We will look at patterns related to power data, heart rate, training volume, intensity, as well as regression analysis to see where you are likely to get the best bang for your buck in future training. Generally, this takes 2-3+ hours of review by the coach, depending on your history. and training questions.

      • You will have up to a 1-hour conversation with the coach after the analysis, to discuss the results, and any additional questions you may have on training.

      • Note that you must have an existing TrainingPeaks account that includes a significant amount of your historic data, for this review. To get accurate results, the existing TrainingPeaks data needs to be clean and accurate as well (e.g. no data spikes, bad power meter data, duplicated workouts, etc.).

      • Additional consultation time is available at current coaching rates ($150/hr or current rates).

  • Other Questions / Topics, billed at current hourly rates:

    • For non-T2M athletes ($150/hr or current rates):

      • Don’t want a full review, but have some general questions on training or workout design?

      • Do you want someone to help you more accurately determine your current threshold power or training zones?

      • Do you have questions on gear that helps you go faster, and is the best bang-for-the-buck?

      • Do you need help setting up your overall training plan for the year (e.g. layout weekly time targets or TSS targets), and you’ll fill in the specific workouts yourself?

      • Do you need help setting up, using or interpreting data from non-traditional sources, such as muscle oxygen (SMO2), DFA a1 (using HRV within a workout), etc.?

    • For existing T2M athletes only ($120/hr or current rates):

      • Do you need help diagnosing power meter variances between bikes or your smart trainer? We can rent power pedals + do comparisons of the results, using DC Rainmaker’s Analyzer app, and provide specific workout protocols for comparison.

      • Do you want help estimating your lactate / ventilatory 1 threshold? We can rent lactate meters, rent SMO2 sensors, or help with instructions as to set up the DFA a1 data field (for Garmin users… or rent a Garmin to Wahoo users), as well as provide the workout protocols for each and post-workout data interpretation.

      • Are you on the basic training plans (silver or training plans only), and want to talk more in-depth about cycling gear (roughly how much time would X save me… wheels, tires, helmets, etc.), or race strategy, fueling estimates, etc.?
