      <image:caption>Here's the Wahoo Elemnt Bolt, doing the Billats example above.  This is the default workout mode screen and it captures all of the data I need to do intervals outdoors (or indoors... it can control smart trainers too).  I like the visual of the workout shown at the bottom of the screen, so I know how much suffering remains.  ;)  It also has gives you an audible beep / countdown before changing intervals, and gives you the upcoming target power.  Note that nothing is perfect... I have had a couple of workouts it couldn't load correctly from TP, but the vast majority of the time it has worked well.</image:caption>
